Concept Note
Sweeply’s booth brought energy and clarity together with a bold dual-tone pink and white backdrop. The design challenge was to create spaces for two brands, Sweeply & Travia that felt unified yet allowed each brand to stand out.
The graphics showcased key offerings, ensuring instant recognition. Designed for engagement, the space featured high tables with wooden stools, inviting visitors to connect.
The screens amplified brand messaging with digital content. Bright accent lighting added warmth, making the booth both eye-catching and welcoming.

Pax2Pay’s booth stood out with a crisp lime-green and white palette, embodying a fresh, modern identity. The back wall balanced impact and information, featuring a bold brand statement alongside partner logos.

What do you need to design my exhibition stand?
All we need is the hall layout showing your stand space and a list of your requirements. If you don’t have a requirement list yet, our Relationship Managers can provide a Design Brief Form to guide you.
Will you only create the design, or handle production and installation too?
We offer a complete end-to-end solution. From design to installation and dismantling, we manage everything, ensuring a stress-free experience while you focus on other aspects of your exhibition.
Which countries and cities can Design Desk support?
We handle over 125 projects globally each year, covering key exhibitions across Europe and the world. No matter where your exhibition is located, reach out, and we’ll assist you!
How far in advance should I contact you for my exhibition stand?
We recommend reaching out at least 8-10 weeks before the exhibition to ensure a smooth process from design to installation, but we’re flexible and can accommodate tighter timelines if needed.
